INVERGROUP has been a promoter of a large wind farm in eastern Bulgaria, and now the project is in the final phase of selling, in a situation of "FULL PERMIT" (100% of the permits).

It is a 150Mw. Wind Farm, located in a perfect area for this type of business: near the Black Sea, on a very flat terrain, with very consistent and powerful winds.

We have taken four years to develop this project, and is now being offered to various investment funds specialized in this type of energy.

Bulgaria offers excellent conditions for this type of business. It is a country which is heavily indebted, and the fact of having entered the European Community, has a significant investment capacity.

INVERGROUP has built a good structure in this country, and will use this project to establish a permanent team to develop investment projects related to Energy and Environment.

INVERGROUP has managed a group of investors for entering in the capital of TSA (Tratamiento Solar del Agua, SL), to develop the project "H2Optima", which consists of a portable and totally autonomous water purification system.

H2Optima is a project that fits perfectly with the INVERGROUP objectives of doing profitable business, it not only allows important expectations of economic benefits, but also provides clear advantages to society, and does so in a 100% sustainable and friendly environment.

The water treatment system developed is very small and light, perfectly transportable on a specific trailer similar to transport motorcycles. The system generates the necessary energy, based on solar panels built into the same module, and is designed to not require any maintenance for a long time, and operate in all kinds of extreme conditions. A single module can debug depurate salt or contaminated water, with a capacity of 90 liters per hour, for all types of uses (irrigation, cleaning or domestic consumption)

The present market is huge, since the need of drinking water in the world is very high, and this system allows for little investment and in remote locations around the world.

The group of investors led by INVERGROUP has committed an investment that will allow to control 49% of the company, and make it possible to enter the stage of industrialization and commercialization of the project, once and prototypes are developed, and obtained all the patents.

2010 has been the year for the consolidation of the project to promote investment projects in cogeneration plants in which INVERGROUP has been two years working alongside Instalgroup (facilities and engineering specialized in renewable and efficient energy projects) .

Cogeneration is proving to be one of the best opportunities for investors seeking high returns with very little risk. In our projects we always aim to exceed the 15% annual IRR for projects that require a total investment of between 300,000 and 1,500,000 Euros, with the possibility of funding 80%, and for periods of time ranging from 5 to 10 years.

Cogeneration uses thermal energy needs of a particular equipment to generate electricity. With the economic model that INVERGROUP works, thermal energy is sold to the equipment, with important money saving for them, and electric power is sold directly to the electricity companies. Unlike some other types of energy about the legal certainty of energy price, in the case of Cogeneration is very high; it is efficient for both the environment and for the cost to the end user or to the government with the premium subsidized price for energy efficiency. In fact, the regulatory storm that has been for all of 2010 in Spain, has not affected at all to touch the parameters of the Cogeneration, and the last law adopted in November 2010 increased the total installed capacity target this type of energy.

In December 2010, INVERGROUP and INVERGROUP have promoted a total of 11 Cogeneration plants, which will become fully operational during the first half of 2011.
